We understand that although it is not a permanent living situation, you will still be staying there for an extended period of time and we want you to be completely satisfied with your living situation. With that being said, we do our best to make your move as easy and stress free as possible. We will help you throughout the entire process. Our rental specialist will find out what your needs are, help you find a rental that will best fit those needs, and walk you step by step throughout the process to make sure that you are fully satisfied along the way.

Searching and finding rentals on your own can be stressful and difficult. You have to look through so many listings and call a bunch of different agents just to find one property that will work for you. Then what do you do once you find one? At Kathy Colville and Associates we handle all of that for you. We will send you listings of all the properties that meet your criteria. Once you go through and pick the ones you like out of the list we sent, we will take you out and give you a private tour of all your top choices. When you select the property that best fits your needs, we will get the application process started and make sure that you have all the necessary documention to apply. We will handle all negotiations on your behalf. Upon acceptance, we will get the lease written up and sent out for signatures as well as arrange for payments to be made to the landlord. Once we have a ratified lease, we will schedule a walkthrough of the property where we will fill out a property condition report. Following that, you will be ready to move in and enjoy your new home! The best part about all of this is, it’s COMPLETELY FREE TO YOU. Thats right, it doesn’t cost you anything to have us represent you in the search for your new home.
